Customer Lookup Instructions
The best method to find an account is to input the phone number (without area code), first two or three numbers of the zip code, and the most significant part of the business name.

If you wish to search by the principal's name, you may input the Principal's first and/or last name.

If you have the Credit Link six digit number, that also will bring up the Credit Link report for that customer.

If your customer has furnished you with an account number for one of our members; you need only to enter that account number and select the other member's name from scroll down list and submit.

Please note that the "SUBMIT" button in the middle of the page works for all lookup methods.

You can fill in the top, the bottom or the whole page without narrowing your search.
